Im not trying to convert you. All I'm saying, is there are good people in this world who do good things in the name of God. Authoritarians are the problem. Those who hurt others because they dont believe as they. Have a good life so you can fade into nothing even though you came from nothing.

Were you going to comment yourself or quote others, Miss Atheism isn't a belief system. I guess if your children did right you'd only point out their wrongs. As if all people in religion are bad... does this make all people who are atheists are right?

Yes, men are evil, the book was divinely inspired, not divinely written. Where in the 10 commandments does it say to do that? You are deflecting. Why not point out the good works rather than bastardizing the motivations behind them?

If you're an atheist, then you don't believe in deities. If I'm a theist then I do. That's a belief. Im not here to argue semantics. Let's look at my initial statement. Simply put, most who have a problem with religion it's due to religious fundamentalism. Many overlook the good over the bad.

There are local area churches whom do more for people on missions than what most people will have done in their entire life. Would you try to persuade them from their works for the sake of "nothing", tell them their God is an ass. Better yet, as they provide food and medicine to dying children?

Atheism is a belief, while not a belief system, you do not BELIEVE in a deity or deities. I hope your arguments go beyond semantics and condemnation.

Christianity is about the extirpation of hatred from the heart. That's all the why I need but I can understand why someone with the moniker "angry" would disagree.
