Well that's ok, I'm sure his high profile international social media platform is still doing okay, right?

Relying on the "from" address to determine if an e-mail is legitimate is a really bad InfoSec strategy, as those are extremely easy to spoof.

Luckily, it's just the federal government; they don't have access to all kinds of sensitive information, right?

Any particular reason this wasn't phrased as "The Senate confirmed incompetent drunk racist wife-beater Pete Hegseth as defense secretary"?

LA honestly seems pretty far out there, although I guess it's possible that the magas might retribution-primary Cassidy with some nutjob. Do the Dems even have a decent candidate?

(and don't count out Tester and Beshear, they've won statewide before and could do so again in the right climate)
January 23, 2025 at 11:25 PM
That might be a "best likely" map, but wouldn't the "best possible" include Brown winning OH, Tester winning MT, and Beshear winning KY?

Heck, if we're being super optimistic, eventually TX will fall, too; I could see that happening after a very bad couple of years of GOP rule...

It's true, you are.

Putting aside that you have Rachel Levine on there twice and Sam Britton on there three times, those folks ARE qualified.

It's cute that you think the winner of American Idol 20 years ago, a novelty band that hasn't been relevant in over twice that, and a person I've literally never heard of is in any way a contrast to when Trump "struggled to book big musical acts"...

It's also really bad if Trump gets one or two votes, we're just numb to it all...

Definitely not, but you'll appreciate #3 slightly more if you've seen #1.

Quite possibly my GOTY and criminally underloved. If you like Metroidvanias, this is one of the best.

Absolutely love his performance of Anything Goes from a benefit a few years ago. I'm not sure I've ever seen a performer have more fun on stage.

The Democrats actually have some potential candidates in the next set of red states, like Brown/OH, Beshear/KY, Cooper/NC, and Tester/MT, plus those danglers ME and TX that will fall... eventually...

Still a long shot, but definitely possible if there's enough anti-Trump/GOP sentiment in 2 years.

I somehow missed this series growing up and have devoured everything but the final trilogy over the past year. It's so good, I don't want to finish it.

Coincidentally, I thought Dorf on Golf was hilarious as a nine year old.
