That is not how LLMs are used in large companies. Most software engineers would refuse to work in a large company that doesn’t have an LLM to help coding.

I agree, I think Sam Altman in particular still wants to be next Zuckerberg. Too obsessed with the consumer, too "2010s". But if you follow actual experts like @mitsuhiko.at, you see it is not just hype.

They can move them to jurisdictions that won’t seize them. You can seize houses of billionaires from poorer countries, but you can do it only once, after that the UK will be uninvestable. Of course good luck seizing the house of an American or Chinese billionaire in London.

But they are not America, in that they can only be a temporary threat since there isn’t any financial basis to the entire project. If MLS were to do the same thing, it could be a more mortal danger.

It is crazy to suggest that in the UK, of all places. A lot of the wealthy in London make/made their money elsewhere. They will just leave.
