My take is when Philipo showed up, with 1K to go...it fucked up Pogies plan for the final. Was
wayy out of position in the final corner. Like 5 bikes when MVDP jumped. Race over.

A thought...the overall depth of talent is showing that Saturday's and Sunday's races both ended in a bunch sprint. Not WVA's strong point. Wout wins from reduced group kicks, or alone.

Just re-watched the first lap...Third row to the lead in 1 min 10 secs. Wow.

It was a quick bit of video, but did Nys receive assistance on the course, fixing a shoe, not in the pit? I thought that would be illegal in CX.

Yup...every cx event I was part of was 30 mins of gasping for breath, trying to keep my whits about.

I know some fans love the muck, slop fests. The close racing today was cool.
