One Ring, especially if running for children. 5e is, in my opinion, a pretty complex for a starter RPG despite being seen as the definitive starter RPG. Free League excels at making easy to understand, streamlined rules.

I think the difference is that many people who pirate DEEPLY care about the art. I mean, it's not necessarily hard to pirate, but it takes a lot of digging to get started. that's not something someone would do if they don't really care about a movie or something. that's my personal experience
