I've watched Democratic party for nearly 60 years, since the Carter administration. Given the current political acumen of the democratic party, I'm seriously concerned with regard to whether this map will actually produce the results proffered.

Well that's the thing about rhetoric. When you use it to generate anger and support, people expect you to follow up on it.
