Wow, I know a lot of family members who take this. I feel like a lot of people like myself don't know the "truths" behind these types of supplements that claim to help reduce diseases. The FDA doesn't regulate these either so people assume supplements are safe. #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

Yes, this is really common today with all types of media which could be classified as "clickbait" but it's really important to analyze the content instead of skimming the headlines and article. It can be misleading and allows for misinformation to be spread so easily. #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social
