Man on the Inside on Netflix is really good but I’m so frustrated with the post production sound mixing on shows at the moment. Balance the music with speech. Why am I constantly turning the TV volume up and down?! If you need someone to help you with sound, give me a shout.

I don’t like this chat about changing the Wicked stage show to reflect the movie. It’s like trying to remove Under Attack from Mamma Mia because Amanda Seyfried didn’t do it. Some things are sacred.

Probably an unpopular opinion but I wish there was a studio version of the Wicked soundtrack. Sometimes the live vocals mixed with the studio orchestra doesn’t quite blend and I’m finding that a bit off-putting.

People need to stop saying that they’ve seen the “play” before seeing the (part 1) film adaptation of Wicked. A play?! If only we had a name for plays with music… #popsky #theatersky
