When I visited this Green Hills barber who finds himself looking for a new place after his lease wasn't renewed, I heard something I know others can relate to. "Well, you know, that is the way of Nashville. They buy something to tear it down," Joe Eagles said.

So far so good on Nashville roads. Few inches of snow in my neck of the woods. I had no problem getting out of my neighborhood to my live location for NewsChannel 5. This map shows you some primary roads, secondary roads, and post-secondary roads NDOT treats. Areas in gray are state or not plowed

For a decade, bollards bolted into the ground have protected people on sidewalks along sections of #Broadway in #Nashville. But after the tragic #terrorist attack in #NewOrleans, is this enough to truly prevent such devastation from happening here? More at 5 and 6 on NewsChannel 5.

A record-breaking 3.08 million Tennesseans voted in the presidential #election, #Tennessee Secretary of State Tre Hargett announced today. More than 2.13 million votes were cast in person during the early voting period, which also sets a new high. The previous records were set in 2020.
