I have a 12.9", 1TB, 16gb ram, 2021 iPad. The 16gb ram gives me more layers in Procreate, but I really wish they'd make it with limitless layers 🙏🏻

It's to do with the way the app's built. Artists have been asking for more layers for a very long time but it's still not limitless yet, which is a shame as it's a great app. Also the file sizes when exported as PSDs are huge compared to if the same file is created in PS. So that's not great either.

Pretty much all of them, but Affinity works best as there’s no layer limit, and it has all the bells and whistles of a desktop app which I need to deliver client work in the right format.

It’s a learning curve but I’m getting there now - some things are intuitive as they’re similar to PS, and other things have taken me a bit to find/figure out.

The iPad version is so convenient, especially as it has EVERYTHING (ie guides, proper cmyk) unlike PS, Fresco and Procreate 🙂

Thanks, I’ll try out again. Every time I’ve loaded in before they come out completely crap, but I’ll try going through my favourite PS brushes one by one 👍🏻
