A couple of years ago, I visited a playground with my family that was designed by artists. It was located in a forest and had amazing wood sculptures of animals - for example, a giant wooden toad for the kids to climb on. The place was so whimsical and magical!

I painted "formerly human hands" in 2023 as a reaction to genAI, which i see the melding of countless individual artist's voices into one mindless, cancerous growth of synthetic data. It was published in the 14th issue of Steel Jackdaw magazine by @daydreamacademy.bsky.social .

Yep, they were tiny and translucent I made a bright pink underpainting and almost regret painting over them with realistic colors
