It's worse. The Tafel is a volunteer organization that operates entirely on donations. They're asking them to beg for free food from private German citizens and businesses. We don't have publicly funded food banks.

Depending on the topic, it help to add less scripted bits where you relate personal experiences in your own words. You just mark it as X topic in your notes, record yourself talking about it and check how long it took to get an idea of it. Makes a talk feel a bit more organic, too.
