Grown ass adult 10 years my senior trying to pull the "I have ADHD tee hee" excuse for missing her 2nd in person appt in a row on me. (AND being hella rude about it) Like oops, girl me too (dx'd, used to be medicated and everything!) Figure out some alarms since you KNOW this is a problem for you.
