George Washington and others of his time gave us a functioning government. We should all know how it is supposed to work. Todays leaders see that knowledge as a threat to their power. We should all be a bit more civic minded and educate ourselves and just maybe our country will run as intended.

There doesn't seem to be a whole lot of supporting and defending going on at the moment. I wonder how many of our elected officials feel comfortable that they are in legal compliance with the oath that they took when they assumed office??

Our current administration might do well to consider the damage their decision making will do to the health of it's citizens and by extension the health of the economy.

I learned a new word recently. It has been around for several hundred years but somehow I had never stumbled across it until now. It seems to fit nicely though.
