Using near-infrared azabodipy probes and polarity-reversion FLIMbarcoding, we tracked pristine nanoparticles in intestinal organoids to:
• Map apical vs. basal uptake routes 
• Quantify• Investigate effects on inflammation (CXCL8/MMP changes), mitochondrial dynamics, and ATP levels

Impressive work, do you test your RAS activity sensor with FLIM? It may give a more quantitative result than radiometric method.
