Ahhh. You are living in a civilized nation. Here in the US companies can fire for no reason at all. In theory it’s illegal to fire someone based on their race, age, etc. But proving you are fired based on this is extremely difficult….

This is still not understood by the masses. We put rich people on a pedestal teaching our younger generations morally dubious habits and thinking.
We also have not educated folks on how dangerous & damaging mergers/Acquisitions is. The power of the social, tech, media companies is truly terrifying.

Actually, he’s really speaking about those boomers in power but there is something to be said for the voters voting decisions. The boomer generation in general does have some blame, in my opinion.

I’m no pollster but from what I’ve heard from reputable pundits and journalists and podcasters, Newsom favorability (or whatever metric they call it) has gone up since he engaged in the fight.
We will see… Personally I like to see someone fighting. He may not win but at least he gave it a shot
