Medical providers are better positioned to responsibly deal with AI than the public in general. At all levels they've been taught for decades "don't trust the machine" A culture of double checking already exists.

The long dark, 7 days to die, released as alphas, great alpha experience. No Mans Sky, released as finished, only now getting good after 8 years or so. Supporting independent devs with original content has value and can be rewarding.
