Family Judge
Great to see the press widening its scope and scrutinising the building blocks to Family Court proceedings. This deserves attention.
I visited a lab that tests people for drugs in family court cases.

The staff gave some interesting — and concerning — insights at a time when the testing industry is facing some unsettling questions. www.walesonline.co.uk/news/wales-n...

COCJ and ADJ indeed considering position re intervening… very pleased that many agree this argument has importance beyond the question of Family Court transparency.
Regardless as to what happens on the appeal, as a rank and file family judge, I’m grateful for David Williams taking the stand that he has. My own view is that the COCJ and ADJ ought to apply to intervene. Who else is going to provide the balance? We will be, as always, voiceless.

Generally speaking, I think FDAC is worthy of its praise. When it works, it brings success unimaginable in the regular care framework. It’s also the most engaging and rewarding thing that I’ve ever been involved in professionally. However…
