We should not only learn to overcome our own anger but learn strategies to deal with the anger of others. Particularly when you see early signs of anger in a conversation, while reason is still an option.

I'm really enjoying this book. Although the title is a bit misleading. It implies that you should read this after you have familiarized yourself with Stoicism but it's really about how to incorporate philosophy into your life from a range of ancient philosophers.
