the one we were w/ for five or six years has been private-equity-poisoned (ARGH) & though the vets that didn't flee are fine (if inexperienced) there is no way they can cover all the bases & the entire thing is getting enshittified (plus they lost their goat vet). Our new practice feels good, tho!

technically the entire recipe will be there if I print this franken-recipe, but not in a usable form for me, I'm afraid. I love Bob's Red Mill and think they're terrific, and they definitely don't owe me printable free recipes, but I am sad bc when I find a recipe to try I like to cook from a page
