was constructed 1937-1939. The stone built church 'has the only original entirely wooden spire in the UK, which retains its original wooden shingles & frame.' The interior walls are whitewashed concrete.

I will thank you. It was shameful the way they were treated to them and for years to come. It's something I feel strongly about.

The daughter, Anne Isabella Noel Byron, 11th Baroness Wentworth and Baroness Byron (1792-1860) was an educational reformer and philanthropist who established the first industrial school in England, and was an active abolitionist.

The same was true of the cricket. The best view in the championship. You felt as if you were right on top of the action sat in front of the pavillion.
