Calorie dense foods are a good way to go, such as nut butters, cheese, dairy milk, red meats, avocados, etc etc
All containing healthy fats for slow burn healthy gain

But if you want faster gain and don’t mind gainer shakes, there’s this recipe here.

A short story of alien abduction and morbid beauty.
I remember waking up when they made the first cut; didn't even know they had already made their way down my entire torso until I looked down. I don't know if I was given anesthesia, or if the blade was just that sharp. I don't remember anything besides a bright light before I woke up here. They already made a line down my legs and arms. It's like a stick figure was being cut onto my body. I tried to move away when they brought that scalpel to my forehead, but the air was holding me still. One continuous clean cut. From the top of my hairline, along the ridge of my nose, and all the way to the base of my neck. The scalpel only moving up after it had connected the cut to the one on the very top of my chest. Then ... they started peeling it off. It was like I was an orange, being peeled by a chef trying to keep it clean and pretty for the final product. No tears... nothing stuck during the process; just like the first cut ... I felt nothing as they pulled it all off in one piece like the protective film on a brand new iPad. The only thing I felt was a few drops of blood trickle down my legs and arms as the air holding me hostage pulled me forward. Right into the scalpel's reach again. Same incision, but a new tool seemed to have join the fun. It was like a tiny thin arm, gunmetal grey and cold. From the middle incision on my chest out, it peeled me away. Every muscle peeled back so my bones could feel the fresh air. I was so cold. My teeth would've been chattering if they haven't already peeled my skull bare. The air felt like knives against my bones as I was pulled forward again, my muscles left behind like a blooming macabre flower. Another layer, another tool. I think ... I think it was a bone saw. I could feel my eyes roll against my bare sockets as l watched the saw hone in on my forehead. It was like watching a wood panel go through a table saw, a perfect line starting from my forehead circling around my skull until it met again at the finish line. I watched the saw pull away, but our distance didn't change ... My brain and eyes were naked ... Something was moving towards me again. I was wondering of what was even left to take; but it wasn't a tool like I thought. It was red and phallic. It felt sticky and warm as it grabbed my eyes like one would a baby chick. My optic nerves were pulled taut like a string as it pulled me closer... I could see my captors now. They were bright red, their bodies like tall pyramids that expanded slightly with each breath. The precipice of their bodies had this ... black eye like that on a dragonfly. It was fascinated by me, and it wanted me to see something. It turned my disembodied eyes to the left, at a mirrored wall just to our side. It was ... me. All of me. First my skin, pulled taut like a tiger pelt against the thin air In front of it, my muscles; blooming like some fucked up flower. In front of that, my skeleton perfectly intact save for my skull split in twain. In front of that, my organs; each displayed perfectly in order. And in front of me, holding my eyes forward to this display was my captor and its ... colleagues. I could hear them chattering with one another, sounding like crickets in a farmer's field. They were ... impressed. Awestruck even. To them I was ... beautiful ... And even today ... as I sit in my dingy little apartment, looking down at the scars going down my body ... as I feel the empty ridge on my skull just below the skin ... I can't... why can't I say they're wrong?
