As a pediatrician, we generally do not give the combo shot until 4 as there is a slight risk of febrile seizures if given when it is supposed to at 12-15 months. So we give them individually. So this was kind of a nothing burger. We’ll continue to offer vaccines per the AAP Red book recommendations
