which is a lot of fun!

its nice to draw without minding the finer details, trying to not zoom in at all and keep my full canvas in view all time (spoiler: i did it for week 6 too). bits of twst in there too

it is something to explore further for sure

Week 5 pt. 2, this one was soooo much fun to do. Might be my new thing

Browsing pixiv for good fanarts and there's couple of artist that uses blur to show depth, and it got me thinking if I could do it too

I didn't want to draw a full drawing for it so I opted to do thumbnails instead,

Week 5 pt. 1, last week was pretty nice so I thought of doing it too for week 5 but whatever did it became. Nothing too remarkable for this one really.

Hence the pt. 2!

Week 4 - Took a week off with Lunar New Year. I was watching Naoki sensei's video on posing and decided to go with it for week 4. Could've gone more but it was a lot of fun!

Drawing ladies in swimsuit is kinda awkward when your drawing space is in the living room.

Week 3 - My first time doing painting, even challenged myself to use thinner brush for sketch. Overpainting is tedious but I'm so happy with it

Shout out to Stew for feedback about applying cold on warm, us figuring out that grey looks like blue in orange, and him showing me a Breaking Bad scene

Week 2 study, character design sheet! It's my first time doing a proper back view and side view for reference, I'm not too sure what I'm doing with it

Can't really say it's a study either, but I had a fun with it. Just wanted an excuse to draw a pretty lady lol

the vibe i want to capture is eerieness, somewhat! a child playing by herself with her dolls in an empty space. hope the art conveys it

(can't believe i didn't mention her name

perspective study ft. my favorite child, Tear! my precious baby)

- I'm not sure how to portray 'a room but not really room'.

Ultimately I drew random scattered items around her (thanks to my friend's input, or nudge) and added tiles from the perspective grid which hopefully makes it look like floor

It's not the best, but it was certainly fun for a week worth

(this is meant to be sketch but it came out cleaner than i thought lmao)

starting a journey with my close artist friend. Been wanting to learn perspective and decided to draw my daughter for it!

The concept I had in mind is 'empty room', which is tricky since I want it to not be a room but -
