tl/dr is killing me. Over half the comments to a very fine and not at all traditional marmalade recipe-where the chef took great pains to explain why it was not traditional and why it would not set up firm-were to complain that "it isn't traditional marmalade" and "it didn't set up firmly". Kill me.
