If a drug dealer is seen dealing drugs WITH drugs in his hand, a cop cannot shoot him. That would be murder. There is no proof these boats even had drugs. Even if they did, you cannot kill these people. Having drugs, dealing drugs does not give you a right to kill. We are not in a war. PERIOD

While I agree it still minimizes an even bigger point: we are not “at war” bc he says so. They are not “enemy combatants” in the first place bc he says so. We only get to the second part without the first part. We simply cannot skip over or conceded the legalitie of the boat strikes. Full stop.

Dems are losing the narrative. It not a war crime because we are not at war. It’s straight up murder. Every single death. We have NO death penalty for running drugs, and there has been ZERO due process in any of these boats being blown up. Speak tf up about this.
