I keep noticing that the strongest buying signals aren’t “what tool do you use?”

They’re phrases like “we’ve outgrown X” or “this breaks at our scale.”

That’s usually someone already past the awareness stage.

Anyone else notice this pattern?

Been reading a lot of SaaS & founder threads lately.

Many people aren’t just “discussing” tools, they’re asking for alternatives, saying “we tried X, didn’t work,” and sharing real constraints.

That feels like buying intent, not noise.
