There's still the EU initiative however, we can only hope for a better response there. I should add, if you're familiar with the concepts of "none of us are free till we're all free" the same is true here, if you allow the gaming industry to shit on consumer rights just cause you don't personally play video games , those consumer rights violations will come to products and services you DO use. Video games are not inherently less valuable as a hobby in the same way a Trans life is not a less valuable human life."
