I've not watched the remake since it came out, but even then I didn't really feel like it was a necessary or "good" remake, I can definitely agree with your takes on it!

For my solo writing stuff I'm writing a game about magical hackers for the #FolkloreJam and trying to get a small solo game about a local cryptid finished too, hopefully will be out in the next few weeks! Plus finishing writing on the Lycanthrope WIP released earlier this year
