Tell me if I'm wrong: Democrats consciously created legal obstacles against redistricting in California and Virginia. That's why they now struggle with their attempts. There is no such obstacle in Texas, where Dems didn't have the power to do something like that.

Genes are physical. Having to prove eligibility to compete in an elite competition isn't the same as forcefully having police search your house. Now she avoids it by ducking out, as we knew she would. She won't compete in anything that requires a test.

My god, will you people stop talking about genitals. It's a cheek swab. And no-one needs to do it unless they want to compete on the highest elite level. Same as any doping or drug test. Not 10 year olds.

No, it's about taking a test to compete in a global competition. Very common occurrence with testing of athletes, shouldn't be a threat to her life.
