18 months ago I got my one and only tattoo as a reminder that yes I’ve gone through more than I should’ve but I have also built an incredible life on my terms full of love and based from unbreakable strength! If I can get through all that I can get through anything!!

What are the healthy ways you decompress or disconnect from the crazy?? My favorite is to put in nc headphones certain playlist and let that music wash over me taking me back to a time that was less chaotic, calmer and gave me peace!! Music will always give me peace!!
