Saturn’s rings remain disconcertingly thin
Apple TV has done a lot to improve my perception of the brand in recent years. However, it'll all be for naught if Pachinko isn't given the chance to conclude properly while Invasion(?!) is still churned out.
If you sub just to watch Pluribus, please dig Pachinko out of the menus. It's magnificent.

- Still no Switch release date? Boo!
- Spend even more time at my desk to play it on PC? Nah.
- Steam Deck?
- Steam Deck OLED seems a better option...
- At that price, may as well look into a complete PC upgrade.
- Existential crisis.

Played around with the usual milk bread recipe by adding cocoa and chocolate chips. The results are pretty good! I might try a chunky chocolate centre next time for more oomph. 🧁🍽️

Wonderful to learn that Utopia (both series) is now available on Tubi. It vanished from all known VOD platforms years ago, leaving the aging DVD box set as the only means of watching it. Well worth a look, even in its incomplete state.

I've made a dangerous discovery - Brazilian lemonade. A whole lemon (topped, tailed and deseeded) blended with sugar, water and condensed milk, served over ice.

RPGs aren't my cup of tea. Many attempts have been made over the years to get stuck into well-known titles like Skyrim, Dragon Age etc. None of them held my interest for very long.

RPGs aren't my cup of tea. Many attempts have been made over the years to get stuck into well-known titles like Skyrim, Dragon Age etc. None of them held my interest for very long.
So, imagine my surprise upon realising I've spent 18 hours fully engrossed in Baldur's Gate 3 since Wednesday.

At this rate I'll be having to make routine trips to a quiet Norfolk farm track where, tucked away among the brambles, I'll find a crumpled brown paper bag with a USB stick labelled 'Adam Buxton Podcast'.
What a colossal mess.

Gambling on a lengthier baking pilgrimage today has paid off in spades. I've come away with a large bag full of goodies, including an outstanding passion fruit meringue Danish which sadly didn't survive long enough for a photo. It remains to be seen whether the rest makes it back home 🤤
