The fat dummy and his band of sycophantic idiots keep talking about a mandate. When Ronald Reagan won 49 states he had a mandate that he could claim truck got less votes than Hillary Clinton did in 16. And where is Joe Bond's mandate where did it go I don't hear him talking about the mandate he had
