I used to always say that whole section of the political spectrum would implode on its self. Or once one branch gained power theyd start offing one another and doing away with any alliances they had.

I kinda hope we are witnessing the ignition of that whole mess.

you say “dismantle capitalism” and i say “reduce dependence on cheap abusive labor practices”. the positions you mentioned were bare minimum expectations forty years ago but dems lose ground on them everyday anyway

liberals have been complacent in the proliferation of the private sector and rhetoric around building the “middle class” at the expense of the working class with the mistaken belief that easing regulations on oligarchs benefits everyone. we see this with “abundance capitalism” rhetoric as well
