I'm willing to assess the situation and harm done, factor in apologies and changed behavior, etc
This is not the behavior of a guy who actually regrets what he said or regrets the situation at all.

I watch a Youtube channel called The Line where he is a regular rotating host among a number of trans hosts (including the second-in-command of the channel), and everyone I've seen goes pretty hard defending trans people, so it'd be surprising to me if he had transphobic views.
