People's community control of modern technology." (From 1972 and still true). Community survival programs were a blueprint for self-governance. Solidarity in the face of horror. The educator must be educated. Black life as zone of hyper-exploitation. How to develop the bigger we? Liberated territories are particularly important for black organizers in the U.S. Tech can combat corporate framing of our struggles. Strategy for local roots.
