Great points. There's clearly a great deal that has worked and does work.

Even if we find some pathways to be a dead end, the idea that we can't learn something from each of the thousands of experiments in worker control and ownership is profoundly self-limiting.

How is electricity provision a market, though? Isn't an electrical utility a natural monopoly best served by a regulated, planned system (as is the case with these co-ops)?
