I think a lot was written when the judgement came out, I agree not so much recently. I guess it's what can be done at speed - i.e. challenging the EHRC overreach and what needs a slower approach- challenging the law. The law could, of course, easily be fixed if the Gov was so minded but they aren't

TBF i think the good law project are challenging both just that getting to the EctHR takes longer than judicial review

Yeah, I've found a waterproof blanket I'm going to try. I did blame maya (pup) for ages, but i don't think it's her - it's not on the floor, it's where someone has ben sleeping. Yet to happen in the middle of the night! But often all the way through the duvet!

Fully leg powered! It's about 2 miles from here to the station and then 2 miles from the station to the office. So hopefully will be better than tube! #madskychat

Hiya - mixed day - new bike in cycle to work scheme (yay!) but still full of cold. Spent morning trying to talk son out of a MH slump and then had meeting with possible new social worker, then dog to vet - possible dementia, incontinence, arthritis :((
