Cis people will be out attending their friends' weddings, and spending a Saturday at the amusement park in between their monthly protests. You don't expect them to stop running the roller coasters just because you were taken to a camp do you?

The road to camp is paved with denial.

Trans people are being setup to be slaughtered, and community leaders censor news reports in community forums as "fear mongering." Fear saves lives. Denial is what kills people.

Spoiler alert. It ends the same for trans Americans too. You know it. You have warning. You can save yourself. But denial, anxiety and inaction is the killer. Empowerment, bold decision-making and courage is the only thing that can save you. Do not shut down. Do not give up. gtfo.

History repeats itself. Not just the mechanisms of fascism, but the way people respond to it too. Unless trans Americans are different from every other group in history, 90-99% will stay in denial all the way to the camps. And then even while in them. Keep yelling though. I heard you. I got out.

Alternatively, if you have enough money to buy a bunch of guns you could instead get your passport and come find somewhere peaceful to live and not have to be shot at or kill anybody or end up in a detention camp. If buying a bunch of guns is more fun for you though, totally valid.

It will make it real easy to pick trans people up at traffic checkpoints and when checking IDs at the train station. They could just have a burner gun ready to plant on you and then charge you with being an armed terrorist.

Yes. They do, and they will. And unless Americans are miraculously somehow different than everybody else in history, 90 to 99% of trans americans will eventually be caught in a moment with their guard down and be marched into camps. And at that point their misery is only just beginning.

It could not be more obvious. How many warnings do we need?

I learned one valuable thing from them that probably saved my life: The people who didn't survive thought the people who did survive were overreacting when they fled the country. By the time they realized they were wrong, it was too late.
