Into The Woods… it’s a beautiful gateway drug into Sondheim’s work. The movie is good, even if purists moan and complain. Sweeney Todd is so wonderfully dark - the title character sings a love ballad to his straight razors!

I remember an article from a couple of years ago that pointed out that every company Musk has been involved in has had a manager or set of managers that keep him from causing too much trouble. That doesn’t speak well of his wisdom.

Many years ago I saw a Crowded Fire show set in the Australian desert in an immigrant internment camp. At one point, it starts raining, and the inmates and the guards run outside together and dance C while singing, “Rain, rain, beautiful rain!” I think of that every time it rains.

Given that police officers nationwide had a collective panic attack several years ago by spreading the myth that you can OD on fentanyl by touching the skin of someone taking it, this message is worth saying and repeating. The tshirts? Meh. “Catching” fentanyl by touching? Worth debunking!
