Hi team, are you able to work with Sony on cross-buy entitlement? I bought PS5 version but don’t have a PS4 version, in most cases you get both

Really missed the boat not adding a platinum trophy team. I’m here for Croc but this was a platinum I really looked forward to having in the collection.
