Yes! They're tiny little crabs from Indonesia that just started becoming more popular and available in the pet trade in the Americas in the last decade or so.
They're called vampire crabs because of the way their bright yellow eyes look. They're too tiny to drink blood or bother people at all.

I've got 4 cats and while two of them are no trouble at all, the tiniest one likes to chew on anything she can reach, and the youngest one doesn't realize he is, in fact, enormous. I'm guessing he jumped from the floor to the aquarium and then up above the TV, which has been a problem before.
