I've got a long robe that fits perfectly under a long regular coat. So in the winter at least I can be comfy and stylish in public and no one is the wiser.

I had never heard of alexithymia before reading this. Been (unsurprisingly) having a lot of difficulties with expressing myself. That word seems particularly relevant.
