btw: if you have a 3DS at Otakon and still need StreetPass puzzle pieces, I have TWO 3DS consoles on me with all puzzles completed! Can't believe I've already StreetPassed two people. One of the Miis looks very familiar, though... 🤔

Prior to that photo, this was the last photo taken on my Samsung Rant. It was during a college sociology class on 2011/03/02. We were given Mr. Potato Heads to play with. If memory serves, it had to do with something about perception of gender roles.

For old times' sake, I took a photo using this phone. It's of the corner of my desk where I display my Blu-ray copies of Berserk '97 and Berserk Golden Age Trilogy Memorial Edition. There's also an Umaru print still there. May swap that print out soon.

There is a headset jack of some kind, so I may do some direct audio capture of the ringtones on the phone and other stuff I find worth documenting. Stay tuned.

I got the battery for my old Samsung Rant! No idea what happened, but it showed up after being lost in the mail for a while. I'm overcome with feelings of nostalgia as the last call I made on it was April 30, 2011, right before I got my first smartphone. Thread detailing my findings...

So a few months ago I found my high school cell phone: a Samsung Rant.
I also found that the battery was... inflated. I recycled the battery soon after.
Little did I know, they still manufacture the battery for that phone! I just bought a replacement and it should be here this week.
