Not quite sure about the library agnostic styles though. imo trying to use native selectors where possible is enough - a solution that works with all libraries is a black hole for your energy. When refactoring a radix component to ariakit I can update the stylings as well.

Love the idea of a shadcn with ariakit components!
I am not sure how the community is building working applications with pure radix.

Make it a site about accessibility. Tell what is better used instead of divs and spans.
