Frend! Pretty sure it's a Cooper's. Bird is perched on a weathered old frame, and in the foreground are a group of bird feeders (mostly off camera).
Hawk sitting on weathered wood rail, dark feathers form a cap on head, with a separate black eye line, russet feathers in a bar pattern cover chest and breast. Hawk has turned head with one eye towards camera.
