My child’s principal tried to gaslight me when I withdrew her from shooter drills. “In my 30 years, I’ve never had a parent remove their kid from a safety drill.” He was schooled on the diff between true safety drills and traumatizing shooter drills. He also learned that this Mama 🐻 doesn’t cave 👊🏻

One of my statewide Zoom calls for ‘25 is to have a medical pro present on the gun violence they experience in emergency medical . I want my vols to hear directly these docs’ experiences/opinions to set the flame of motivation.

As I hosted our 1st ‘25 statewide leadership Moms Demand Action Zoom, I reminded everyone to remember tap into +focus on their core values. Also reminded them we Moms soldiers are all in this together. Fighting for the same core values. They’re never alone and it’s an HONOR to fight with them💙
