editing other people's footage has made me aware of how awful my mic is about picking up static background noise
like this is a segment where i'm not talking at all (the peak meter of my mic track hovers around -20db as well)

i remember a few years ago when this was super hard for me to get through at all bc of the last room, so i'm pretty happy to have done this even if it's one of the easier goldens tbh

speedrunning is funny bc sometimes you’ll have a run where you nail the hard tricks first try but screw up the easy ones you never expected to fail
