also one summer Sunday (my first weekender with my gf) & I put my feet in the ocean for the 1st time in yrs & felt the tide pull & flow, & soon I was up to my ankles in sand like the earth was reclaiming me
& I thought to myself "this is my Eucharist today. I am in communion right now."
