You could even throw some avena sativa in with it too, wild Oat straw the milky tops. That would ease the Gerd and help you sleep

If I was to get ulcers again it would defo be the slippery elm though, but for the gastritis I now use althea, marshmallow root.

I used to get stomach ulcers, from 14 up and terrible gastritis as a result. I ended up using slippery elm, it got rid of my symptoms. What was daily seems to rear its head yearly or so now. When it does as slippery elm is endangered I now use marshmallow root and plantain.

I love Elizabeth Brooke, Ali English, rosemary Gladstar, juiliette d baclairi levy has some great books, some dated aspects yes but very informative regarding plants. Matthew Wood. David Hoffman and the stansbury formulary collection is wonderful. Hildegards is great if you like history/folklore too

Catnip is a fantastic medicinal plant, I put it in teas and have taken it as a tincture too

My eldest is 21 and my youngest is 8. I put #parentsky in the wrong place 🙈🤣, my thumbs getting used to a new phone and being stubborn about it

Urtica, Calendula, Rosa damascena, plantago lanceolata, avena sativa, and salvia rosemarinus. I always ensure I have these in my home apothecary
